Welcome to CellPhone Hospital. By using this website or our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

CellPhone Hospital is an independent repair business located at 2018 East Irvington Rd, Suite 120, Tucson, Arizona 85714. We are not an authorized, certified, or verified service center for Apple, Samsung, Google, Microsoft, Sony, Nintendo, Motorola, or any other manufacturer, and we are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of them.

2. Quotes and pricing

Any price you receive through this website or by phone is a non-binding estimate. Final pricing is confirmed only after an in-person diagnostic and your approval. We will never begin paid work without your authorization, and the diagnostic itself is free of charge.

3. Repairs and warranty

• Most repairs are completed using high-quality replacement parts.
• Eligible repairs are backed by a 3-month warranty on the parts and labor we provide, covering defects in the specific repair performed.
• The warranty does not cover new accidental damage, liquid damage, misuse, or issues unrelated to the original repair.
• Some older or rare devices may require special-order parts or may be deemed unrepairable.
• For custom PC builds, individual components carry their manufacturers' own warranties; our 3-month warranty covers the assembly and labor we provide.

4. Your device and your data

You are responsible for backing up your own data before any service. While we take care with every device, we are not responsible for loss of data, settings, or content that may occur during repair. Please remove or disable device locks if asked, and provide accurate information about the issue.

5. Device pickup

Repaired devices should be picked up promptly after we notify you they are ready. Devices left unclaimed for an extended period may be subject to storage fees or considered abandoned, as permitted by Arizona law.

6. Trademarks

All product names, brand names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. We use them only to describe the devices we service (nominative use) and never to imply any affiliation, authorization, or endorsement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CellPhone Hospital's total liability for any claim relating to a repair is limited to the amount you paid for that repair. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States.
